  • The Ukrainian group sells its documents online to raise money for its country’s soldiers.

  • A project called “TerOnlyFans” has already raised more than $ 700,000 since March.

  • Its founder, Nastassia Nasko, told Insider that she feels proud to have found a unique way to help Ukraine.

Nastsassia Nasko says she came up with the idea by accident.

A few days after Russia attacked Ukraine in late February, she posted on Twitter a question about whether someone with a car could help evacuate an acquaintance from Kharkov, one of the first Ukrainian cities be besieged by Russian troops.

When no one answered, the 23-year-old tweeted, half-jokingly, that she would send her nude picture to anyone who could help.

Within five minutes, she had more than 10 messages in her inbox, she told Insider. After she sent her nude picture to the man who offered to help, her acquaintance was safely expelled from Kharkov.

The experience prompted the idea a few days later – on International Women’s Day – Nasko and her friend Anastasiya Kuchmenko launched “TerOnlyFans”. (“Ter” is an abbreviation for territorial defense.)

The project has a similar model as Just fans, a subscription-based social platform that has become a lucrative way to earn money for adult content creators. (It has nothing to do with OnlyFans, and the company did not respond immediately to Insider’s request for comment.)

But on TerOnlyFans, the money goes straight to the Ukrainian army, not to the creators. Three months later, the group raised more than $ 700,000, Nasko told Insider.

Most of the donations go to Ukraine’s Territorial Defense, although Nasko said the project also sent some money to refugee organizations or animal shelters.

Since the launch of the website, 35 women and three men, most of whom live in Ukraine, have signed up to send pictures to donors. Only 10 of them have previous experience with OnlyFans, while the rest told Naska they want to volunteer to help Ukraine, she said.

Most of the donors are from Ukraine, although the group also received money from people from the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom, Nasko said. The largest donation the group has ever received was a cryptocurrency payment of $ 2,800.

Also, unlike Onlyfans, project volunteers do not receive requests for painting, Nasko said, “We are not sex workers, we are trying to raise money for the war.”

Nasko, who is originally from Belarus but lived in Kiev before the war, told Insider she was proud of her unique approach to collecting donations for Ukraine.

“I feel happy because I can support the people of Ukraine and show that not all Belarusians like Russians and that we are good people. We want to help our neighbors,” she said.

Belarusian President Leader Alexander Lukashenko is a close ally Russian President Vladimir Putin and supported him in the invasion.

After Russia invaded Ukraine, Nasko decided to leave Kyiv and move into an apartment in Warsaw, Poland, where she manages TerOnlyFans with her permanent job as head of marketing at an esport company.

Together with Kuchmenko, who has decided to stay in Kiev, he continues to promote the project on Telegram, connects with volunteers and once again checks the legitimacy of donations.

The amount of work can be strenuous, but Nasko said he has no plans to retire.

“We will finish this project when Putin dies and Russia stops their aggression,” she said.
