Bam Margera ‘disappears from rehab clinic in Florida’ AGAIN – just two weeks after first escape from institution
Bam Margera escaped from a rehabilitation clinic in Florida, TMZ, for the second time this month reported.
The Jackass star, 42, was last spotted in Deerfield Beach around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, local law enforcement officials said.
He was wearing a black shirt, black tracksuits and matching sneakers when he left the LifeSkills apartment building without permission.

This is the second time a Pennsylvanian has disappeared from a rehab clinic in recent weeks.
On June 13, Bam reportedly told the facility manager that he did not like the clinic’s services and would apply to another clinic.
He then went in a black limousine without the permission of staff or the court.
His first escape ended when he was found at the Delray Beach Hotel. Officers took him back to the clinic.

TMZ was told that Bam had not used his medication for several days and sparked fear in his team that he had a relapse.
Bam reportedly left the clinic in part because of a breakup with his second wife, Nikki Boyd. The site reported that Bam had not heard from Nikki or their four-year-old son Phoenix Wolf more than a week before he decided to run away.
“She did not answer any of Bam’s calls or text messages and was not involved in the process of his recovery,” the source said. TMZ on Sunday, June 18th.

‘Because of the divorce, Bam was staying in a sober home when he came out of rehab without authorization.’
As early as September 15, Nikki had submitted legal documents in Los Angeles to get full custody of little Phoenix, which would allow Bam (née Brandon) to track visits.
Mager’s marriage to Boyd lasted three years longer than his previous marriage to childhood friend Melissa ‘Missy’ Rothstein, which ended in 2012.
It is unclear whether the former professional skateboarder subsequently fell off the wagon celebrating a ‘one-year treatment’ for drug and alcohol abuse at the Boca Raton facility on May 16th.

In April Bam private settled his illegal lawsuit for termination against creator Jackass for his dismissal (due to a positive test on Adderall) from the successful fourth film, Jackass Forever.
Margera has previously appeared in MTV’s series Jackass, Jackass: The Movie, Jackass Number Two, Jackass 2.5, Jackass 3D and Jackass 3.5.
Paramount + is currently developing a restart of the Jackass series, but it’s unclear whether the stuntman – who currently has $ 100 on Cameo – will be involved.
